About GuPPy
GuPPy (Guided Photometry Analysis in Python) is developed by the Lerner Lab. It runs on your own computer and takes you step by step from raw fiber photometry recordings to analyzed signals.
The method is described in our 2021 paper in Scientific Reports. Installation steps and tutorials are in the wiki, and you can ask questions in the chat room.
